Tandis has been our family's full-time nanny for 1.5 years. She is wonderful with our kids (18 mo and 3 years) and they absolutely love her. She is trustworthy and puts her whole heart into the care she provides. Tandis was also great to work with in creating predictable nap and feeding routines when my son was a baby. She more or less single-handedly potty-trained my three year old. People tell me my toddlers are well-behaved (relatively speaking!) And i know Tandis played a big part in that with her gentle but firm approach to discipline. We are only losing her because I am becoming a stay-at-home mom. But our loss could be your gain!
